A LIFETIME OF EXPERIENCE
("Fossil Oil") was incorporated (Charter #0801152968) under the Texas Business Corporation Act. It is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company whose management and consultants collectively have more than 130 years' experience in operating, generating drilling projects and investing in oil wells. Fossil Oil's team of management, geological, geophysical, and engineering consultants concentrate in generating lower risk oil drilling investments along the mid and upper Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast (onshore), SW Alabama's Smackover oil play, Mississippi's prolific Lower Tuscaloosa oil play outside the city of Natchez in Pike, Franklin and Lincoln County, Mississippi and most recently drilling multiple oil reservoirs to target the prolific Basal Oil Creek sands in South Central Oklahoma’s McClain County using proprietary 3-D seismic data.
Prior to Fossil Oil Company, LLC, Mr. Kittler held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of several other privately owned oil and gas operating companies that specialized in the acquisition of producing properties and generating seismic based drilling prospects along the Mid and Upper Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. He has been actively acquiring mineral leases, drilling, and positioning himself to provide high quality investment opportunities in 2013 and beyond for high net worth individuals, institutional and equity funding groups seeking significant reserves of oil and natural gas. Fossil's recent drilling opportunity (Fossil-Friendship Church Oil Well JV-I) drilled by Energy Drilling Rig #8 of Natchez, MS has hit a new oil discovery. This 10,800’ Tuscaloosa oil well has been completed and is now setting a pump jack to assist the flow of oil into Fossil’s oil storage tank battery.
One of Fossil’s newest JV’s (Fossil-Turkey Creek Multi-Oil Well JV – I) is an exciting 3-D seismically defined five (5) oil well program drilling multiple oil reservoirs to target the prolific Basal Oil Creek sands in South Central Oklahoma’s McClain County. The Hot Dog Prospect Well #1-7 has been drilled, tested, production casing set and currently on a wait list to be fracture stimulated to open the formation for production.
The second of the five wells (Fossil-Turkey Creek Multi-Oil Well JV – II) is also an exciting 3-D seismically defined oil well that will be drilling multiple oil reservoirs to target the prolific Basal Oil Creek sands in South Central Oklahoma’s McClain County. Fossil management is seeking investors currently for the Poseidon Prospect Well # 1-3 which will qualify for maximum tax write-off in 2013. The Winter Creek Drilling Rig #3 is expected to move-in and rig-up any day.
Another new JV (Fossil-Rush Creek Multi-Oil Well JV – I and JV - II) is also a 3-D seismic based four (4) well drilling project in Garvin County, Oklahoma and has only a few Investment Units remaining for purchase. The first well is Tic Tac Toe Prospect Well # 1-9 is currently drilling at 6,500’ and heading down to 7,600’. This Joint Venture will also qualify for maximum tax write-off in 2013.
